PREMIST AKISHIMA MORIPARK GRAN

"Following “Premist Akishima Moripark Residence,” this project is a new Moripark residential development defined by its location near the station and at the junction of urban and residential areas. Centered on the concept of “connection,” the design is shaped by three ideas—Stage, Square, and Scene—expressing layered spaces, continuity, and fluidity. The façade features a three-tier composition: blue glass railings inspired by Akishima’s water above, a rhythmic middle layer of varied balconies, and a grounded base finished with refined materials. Shared design elements from the previous project ensure continuity across the series. At ground level, a sequence of skip-floor lounges and halls creates diverse, richly articulated communal spaces."
