This is a redevelopment project implemented by the Urban Renaissance Agency in the Harumi 3-chome Nishi district. Design guidelines for the entire district were carefully planned, and layout plans and designs for all the seven buildings were implemented. For a 49-story high-rise apartment building, a housing space featuring water and greenery was proposed with the favorable waterfront location taken into account.
